All the results were recorded in Microsoft excel sheet and was subjected to statistical analysis using SPSS software. Results:Mean age of the patients of the intermediate uveitis group and control group was 43.1 years and 40.8 years respectively. Mean IL-8 levels among patients of the intermediate uveitis group and control group were 723.8 pg/ml and 208.7 pg/ml respectively. Significant results were obtained while comparing mean IL-8 levels among intermediate uveitis group and control group.
