Assessment of Knowledge on Pregnancy-Induced Hypertension among Antenatal Women | |

Pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH) is a leading cause of maternal and perinatal morbidity and mortality. This study assessed knowledge on PIH among 150 antenatal women. Results showed that 60.7% had inadequate knowledge. Education level and socioeconomic status significantly influenced knowledge scores. Healthcare providers were the primary source of information. Interventions targeting education and awareness are crucial to improve knowledge and health outcomes. |
