Introduction: Deviated nasal septum is a very common disorder which can lead to nasal obstruction, headache, epistaxis, hyposmia, facial pain, post-nasal drip. Traditional septoplasty using a head-light is a well-established procedure for correction of deviated nasal septum. As an alternative to it, endoscopic septoplasty is a popular choice now a days. In this paper, we have tried to present our experience of endoscopic septoplasty in a peripheral hospital setup. Method:A prospective study was conducted in a periphery set-up over a period of 2 years. endoscopic septoplasty was done in total 60 patients. All the patients have undergone endoscopic septoplasty under general anaesthesia. Results: Nasal obstruction was most common presenting symptom in 70 % of cases. endoscopic septoplasty was performed in all of the cases.one patient has got minor complication like haemorrhage. All cases had good post-operative relief as we have not used any nasal pack after the surgery. Conclusion: Endoscopic septoplasty is a very good method for two reasons 1) it gives us proper visualization2) post- operative complications like synechiae, septal perforation is less in comparison to conventional septoplasty.
